I already talked to you about what I call my fashion obsessions here, pieces of clothes I can imagine very clearly, that are not easy to find and that end up becoming actual obsessions which I’ll look for pretty much everywhere until I manage to find it, or not… Well, my latest fashion obsession was pajama shirt. Ever since that pajama trend has emerged, I’ve always loved it, whether it’s worn in a total look or just in small touches… And for a girl like me who’s always looking for comfort and who considers my bed to be my best friend, I guess no trend will ever suit me better than this one… And for this one, I knew exactly what i wanted : a fluent and satiny shirt, with a pajama collar, one or two front pocket and a contrasting piping. So you can imagine that when I found this one during Mango’s private sales, I did not hesitate too long before placing my order… Especially when you know that i got it for only 11€… The investment was pretty much worth it ! I love it so much now, I keep wearing it and loved its style both casual and fashionable… Right now I wasn’t feeling like trying on the full pajamas outfit, si I went for a more simple look with cute skinny jeans and my favorite loafers from Sézane that I’m FINALLY showing you… And I hope you’ll like it !
A few weeks ago I was invited to discover a brand I had never heard of before, Sisley.
I see you guys coming like “How can you not know Sisley, it’s a pretty famous brand, are you sure you’re a real blogger ?!”
Yeah, well no, I am not talking about the famous beauty brand that I obviously knew before, but I am talking indeed of an eponymous (& absolutely awesome) fashion brand, that I got the chance to discover during an evening at their Parisian store.
During that evening I fell utterly in love with that tencel jumpsuit, so soft and so cool. It’s absolutely perfect : comfy and well cut, I love the little details and military outlook. I hesitated on the color quite a bit because it was also available in khaki green, but that dark grey just did it for me. I hope you’ll like it as much as I do, along with that very black outfit !
We are having the worst freaking weather EVER here in France… I actually have never seen such a horrible month of May, it’s been so cold and raining almost everyday and it is just NOT POSSIBLE ANYMORE. If it doesn’t stop anytime soon, you are probably going to assist to the death of all French people due to massive depression and lack of sunshine… And I do not wish that to happen…
Besides, non stop rain is a real pain when it comes to life organization : I can’t get my dog out as much as I’d like, it ruins my hair as soon as I wash it, it deprives us all from entire days of Roland Garros matches, and mainly it prevents me to shoot what I need to shoot. Rain has always been my worst pet peeve as a photographer : besides keeping me from goint out as I’d like and dressing up as I’d want, the humidity and very weak light during the few minutes when it doesn’t rain are the worst conditions to take pictures. And don’t even get me started on my appartment, which is usually pretty bright but instantly transforms as a mortuary cave with this kind of weather… So we ended up taking these pictures during a 5 minutes rain break, I decided to go with a sailor outfit to stay in tune with this humid atmosphere…
